当サービスは以下の情報を収集します。

• メールアドレス・表示名などのアカウント情報
• 身長・体重・生年月日・性別などの身体情報
• スポーツ種目・所属チーム・目標などのスポーツ情報
• 気分スコア・睡眠時間・疲労度などのコンディションログ
• トレーニング記録・SCOREデータ（体力測定結果）
• プロフィール画像（任意）

収集した情報は以下の目的にのみ使用します。

• サービスの提供・ユーザー認証・カスタマーサポート
• トレーニングプログラムのパーソナライズ・結果の表示
• サービスの改善・新機能の開発
• 法令上必要な対応

当サービスは将来的に、収集したデータをサービス向上・スポーツ科学研究・AIモデルの改善に活用する場合があります。 その際は以下の原則を遵守します。

• 匿名化処理：研究・分析・AIモデル学習への活用は、個人を特定できない形に処理した上で行います。 氏名・メールアドレス等の直接識別情報は除去します。
• パートナー企業・医療機関への提供：スポーツ科学研究機関・医療機関等のパートナーへデータを提供する場合は、 事前にユーザーから個別の同意を取得します。同意なしに提供することはありません。
• AIモデル学習：トレーニング効果の予測・コンディション分析等を目的としたAIモデルの学習に データを活用する場合があります。この処理は常に匿名化・集約化した形で行い、 個人の特定には使用しません。

当サービスは法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。 サービス運営のために以下のインフラを利用しています。

• Supabase（データベース・認証）
• Cloudflare（CDN・静的ファイル配信）
• Vercel（Webアプリケーションホスティング）

これらのサービスは各社のプライバシーポリシーに従い情報を取り扱います。

アカウント削除申請後30日間は復元が可能です。復元されなかった場合、申請から30日後に個人情報を完全に削除します。 ただし法令上保存が義務付けられた情報はその期間保存します。

個人情報の漏洩・紛失・改ざんを防ぐため、業界標準のセキュリティ対策を実施します。 データは暗号化された安全な環境で管理されます。

Invisible training collects the following information:

• Account information: email address and display name
• Physical information: height, weight, date of birth, gender
• Sports information: sport type, team affiliation, training goals
• Condition logs: mood score, sleep hours, fatigue level
• Training records and SCORE data (fitness assessment results)
• Profile photo (optional)

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• Providing the service, user authentication, and customer support
• Personalizing training programs and displaying results
• Improving the service and developing new features
• Complying with legal obligations

We may use collected data in the future to improve our service, advance sports science research, and train AI models. The following principles always apply:

• Anonymization: Any use of data for research, analysis, or AI model training will be processed in a form that cannot identify individuals. Direct identifiers such as names and email addresses are removed before use.
• Partner organizations and medical institutions: If we share data with sports science research organizations, medical institutions, or other partners, we will obtain separate, explicit consent from users in advance. No data will be shared without your consent.
• AI model training: Data may be used to train AI models for purposes such as predicting training outcomes or analyzing condition trends. This processing is always performed on anonymized and aggregated data and will never be used to identify individuals.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. We use the following infrastructure providers to operate the service:

• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Cloudflare (CDN and static file delivery)
• Vercel (web application hosting)

These providers handle data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

After requesting account deletion, your data can be restored within 30 days. If not restored, all personal data will be permanently deleted 30 days after the request. Data required to be retained by law will be kept for the legally mandated period.

We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of personal information. All data is stored in an encrypted, secure environment.
